Madrid not only has a varied cultural offer, but it is also the life of the party when it comes to going out. No matter the weekday, every night in Madrid is characterized by the joy of those who go out, bars overflow with people drinking beer from early hours of the night.

In the centre of Madrid, a few metres from Puerta del Sol and our hotel, is the Joy Eslava Theatre. This theater with over 150 years of history became a discotheque in 1981. It is a reference leisure place in the capital. The nights out are exceptional because it features several of the city’s most famous DJs, as well as concerts, parties and social events where celebrities such as Pedro Almodóvar, Roger Moore, among others, have participated.

Close to Puerta de Sol, El Sol is also located since 1979, a room with good music and a lively atmosphere where you can dance all night long. A few steps from Calle Alcalá is the Cocó room for electronic music lovers.

Variety is something that is never lacking in nights out in Madrid. The Morocco, Stella and Boite venues continue to make everyone dance with their different music styles. Even artists like Ernest Hemingway, Ava Gardner or Grace Kelly knew about the Madrid nightlife and visited the Museo Chicote, a temple of cocktails of the time that remains so to this day.

If rock music is your thing, the Wurlitzer Ballroom or Larios Café, Independence Club, Cool Stage or BerlinClub Madrid are perfect for you. If you’re looking for tradition and flamenco, you can’t miss the essential tablaos at Torres Bermejas and Café de Chinitas.

Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy the variety of nightlife offered by this cosmopolitan capital just a few steps from our hotel!
